"Localização boa!"

A localização é ótima. Toda parte estrutural funciona bem.

Achamos o lugar pouco acolhedor, provavelmente pelo nosso gosto. A casa é muita fechada, causando um pouco de claustrofobia. A casa tem janelas sem blackout, quando o dia nasce fica tudo claro, sem possibilidade de fechar.

"Hyvä paikka hyvällä sijainnilla."

Huoneisto sijaitsi tosi hyvällä paikalla (kaupat, ravintolat, ruokakauppa Pam, nähtävyydet yms. ihan vieressä), mutta silti huoneistoon ei kuulu ulkoa yhtään mitää ääntä, eli myöskään yöllä ei ole yhtään mitään melua.. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvikkeet ja mukavuudet, mitä onnistuneessa lomassa tarvitsee. Sängyt ja tyynyt olivat hyvät. Paljon tv-kanavia. Siistiä. Omistaja on avulias. Helppo check in ja out.

Location was outstanding. Communication was wonderful with Elena. The cafe just across the road was perfect.

Some feedback for comfort: The couch was very uncomfortable for two people to sit on. People booking need to feel comfortable with steep stairs. They are doable but we didn’t take our luggage to the loft.

"Very fine accommodation, new facilities, central location."

The Contemporary Design Loft is great. Recently rennovated, ground floor, new interior. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus 2 single beds in the living area. Decent wifi. Well equipped kitchen area with new fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Washing machine too. Good location near the town centre, easy to reach, about 20 mins walk in a straight line from the train station, or tram stop nearby. Supermarket next door. Host very helpful. I read some comments about the internal stairs up to the bedrooms - they are absolutely fine.

We were very lucky the Contemporary Design Loft was still available after a cowboy agency operating in Padova cancelled our booking at another place at the last minute (step forward "Lovely Homes" - you are a disgrace). In the end our Xmas was rescued due to the fine welcome and accommodation at Contemporary Design Loft.

Posizione , pulizia . Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Nonostante in pieno centro , l’appartamento si trova all’intento di un complesso molto elegante e silenzioso .
