The keys are handed in by a scammer oversees old lady (above 50’s) who charge and extra 50% of the property rental when the customer arrives. In addition this is a really poor place. Dirty, smelly , no lights no paper, the facilities in the kitchen are precarious and rotten.. In summary , this needs to be improved a great deal to get an acceptable level of safety for accommodation. Most importantly, the way they handle the keys it is an absolute trick to charge far more that it is in the booking advertisement.

The above. It is a Scam! The owner charge 50% more to hand in the keys. Particularly when they see vulnerable people.

Good location, supermarket within 100M. I booked at last minute so not a lot of choice. The bathroom is new and spacious, and the bed comfortable. Underfloor heating was very welcome when the temp was zero outside.

Kettle was very dirty. I had to scrub it to get the inside clean. The water ran cloudy and dirty for the first 20 seconds. The apartment is on the ground floor with the main entrance opening directly on the street. The sofa was a fuax leather sofa and the leather was flaking off..looks terrible.
