Great place, very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It was great that the tram stop was right outside.

No tea towel or oven.

there was 3 bathrooms, 3 individuals air conditioners, lot of space, very nice. I will back to this place.

Large apartment, bathroom in each room. Parking space.

The apartment was the same as the pictures. It was clean and relatively comfortable.

We had significant difficulties getting hold of the agent for this property prior to arrival. The listing said that we would be met on site, so we messaged via the booking.com app in the morning of a 3pm check in. We didn't receive a reply with instructions until just after 12:45. That simply said the instructions had been sent to us via WhatsApp. We replied that we hadn't received anything and we then sent the correct WhatsApp number to the agent. We also sent an SMS with the same message to their phone number. By 2pm, we still had no instructions or arrangement to meet, but we did notice that the previous message we sent to the agent via booking.com app had disappeared. We resent the request for instructions a further 3 times, each time the message would disappear. I then messaged asking if they were getting our messages as they seemed to be repeatedly deleted, the agent responded by saying that he'd 'accidentally' deleted one (more likely all four). By 2.30, just as we were organising a hotel for the night and contacting booking.com to raise a complaint, the key instructions came through. We made it to the property and retrieved the key from the lock box to find that we couldn't get through anything other than the pedestrian gate despite the property advertising a secure car park with a picture of a lockable garage (a big reason we booked here). After a phone call, the agent arrived 30 minutes later. He initially told us we couldn't access the gate or park in the garage, then after having the listing photos and description pointed out to him, he suddenly produced the gate key and allowed us to use the driveway, but not the garage. He wouldn't explain why the garage was unavailable. The neighbouring unit with the same agent received the same treatment re: their motorbikes, he instructed them to leave them on the street all night despite them expecting secure parking inside the gate.
