Great little touches to make it feel like home, spacious, clean and tidy, each bed had a electric blanket which was needed during a cold night, kitchen was well equipped and lovely location.

38A had a extremely steep driveway which is impossible with a fully laden van to drive down during winter as the driveway was wet and slippery, ramp at the front of the house is slippery and not recommended to walk down for elderly people when it's wet. The pathway at the side of the carport which leads to the back entrance the shrubs/foliage required trimming, the back deck, one of the decking boards requires repairs as looked unsafe to stand on and bottom step of stairs which leads up to the deck was loose, requires attention. My elderly parents and family struggled to walk around outside especially during winter when it's wet and slippery.

Lovely house, very clean and tidy, well furnished and supplied with what we need. There were some comments about the driveway. For us it was a bit scary by the first look but not unmanageable or unreasonable. Would keep it on my list for future visits.

We were very happy with the house facilities and the view from the decks.
