Property was great, clean and spacious with an amazing view from the deck over the estuary and being able to listen and see all of the bird life was a highlight

Lovely hosts, good location, yuk driveway but manageable. Lovely home with everything you need. LOVED that it was pet friendly. I asked for a late checkout which was all good. Thanks everyone my family enjoyed their stay.

Driveway was steep. Nowhere for kids to play though.

Location was perfect. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable.Loved waking up to a beautiful view with a wrap around deck. The home had a homely feel to it with stunning detail throughout. The tapa cloth was a gorgeous feature. Spacious and accommodating for large families. I highly recommend as it was value for money and very well equipped.Couldnt fault this property as I was very impressed. Lovely hosts, excellent communication. Look forward to returning 😊

Driveway was quite steep to get In and out of. But no major issue as the home over exceeded our expectations.

Very good cosy accommodation, just few minutes drive from Paihia. The facilities and equipments are great and convenient.

Lost our way when first time here as the driveway is a bit slope.

It was pretty cheap and you can take your pets.

The property is pretty old and rundown. Doors don’t shut properly and locks are broken on doors. Doors weren’t cleaned and kitchen chairs are broken. I was willing to accept its many downfalls because there were a lot of thoughtful items like toiletries etc. However, we were left with a bad taste after an unfortunate experience with the owner who tried to cash in on our honesty. My daughter spilled some pink ink on a very old and worn duvet cover which spilled through to the inner. I explained this to the owner offering to pay. The owner comes back asking for $250 to cover the inner and cover. The items were cheap and from Kmart and the owner Micahaela was trying to cash in on our honesty. For such old items I personally would’ve said, thanks for your honesty don’t worry about it. This dishonest exchange has really soured our whole experience of the place, hence an honest review of our unfortunate exchange from the owner. I hope you don’t treat future guests like this.

Overall range/availability and quality of accommodation facilities as well as separate bedrooms was great for our family, even though we didn't use them all. Much better value than a motel.

The lighting in most areas was quite low, with no apparent option to have it brighter.
