King's Palace - very spacious 1 bed apartment

After having stayed in more than 100 hotels and apartments in the last two years, I definitely think it's one of the worst, and based on my experience in several countries around the world, I don't recommend it. - Constant difficulty entering the complex. You have to call a Cyprus mobile number to have a barrier opened for you. It never worked, and you had to wait for more than 15 or 20 minutes each time you wanted to enter, waiting for another neighbor to come with the remote. After complaining to the owner several times, he sought a solution days after arrival. A complete disaster and a waste of time for those of us who value it. - There's no assigned parking space; it's a complete jungle. If you arrive last, you have to park at the Lidl store outside the complex. - The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in; very old, hard, and split. - We had power outages on two different days, lasting more than 8 hours. This forced us to throw away food we had bought and made it impossible to work since we had no Wi-Fi. - The hot water in the shower only works when it wants to. - They have an air conditioning lockout system, which means it automatically turns off after a certain number of hours and you have to turn it back on, meaning you have to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on. - Overall, the apartment is very old, from the appliances to the furnishings.

perfect location!best beach just in front of the appartament and shopping just at the entrance. very well equipped and helpful owner if anything missing or needed.
