Glamour Sea view Family Apartments - Spa n Pools Resort

- Location to the beach, restaurants and activities - common facilities like Spa, outdoor swimming pool and kids pool - generally the apartment was cozy and well equipped - responsive host

- Appartment needs some small maintenance (e.g. door handles, cracks in the wall, shower hose etc.). A good apartment could be made very good with very little investment in time and money. - no dishwasher, even though it was advertised - not enough knives available - everything in the area is very expensive, even for Western standards

The location for the complex is right on the beach; large rooms and newer facilities nice balcony with sea side view. Good restaurant- Greek food at Niko’s downstairs was excellent. Pool inside and out and gym as well as secure parking. The kids playground is just under the balcony so if you have little ones is perfect but if you don’t then this is a huge negative as is super noisy all day so I would ask for another location in the complex.

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like anyone is checking on the unit and inspecting before move in. i asked prior the prop manager and they said some basics like coffee; oil and vinegar/ salt and pepper was provided.. None was there except for salt; oil what was in the bottle was from prior year and rancid. The access is a bit annoying due to the contractor lockbox they provided for the keys to go in is hard to open and close ( if you have long nails as most women do ) and see the numbers in a dark corner. They only provide one key for the entire party ( 2 bedroom unit- 4 people ) so we constantly had to leave the key in the box there including for staff to come back in tor bring the items ( that should have been there at check in ) I would say this part could be improved a lot. The blackout drapes were falling off the rods in both bedrooms and had to be fixed ( time wasted for guest ) secondly was the shower had black mold in the corners and for this being a newer project is unacceptable. This is just lack of proper cleaning. I tried to clean myself as no one else did even after mentioning on the app. The staff for security downstairs needs some serious training in how to be welcoming to guests especially when they don’t speak the language.

Put a litle bit more effort in cleaning well the apartment.

When we called host about broken stuff they were reasonably responsive. But we didnt call them for every issue, that would have taken up entire trip.

Everything was broken. Shower drain was totally clogged, flooded bathroom on first use. Both toilets malfunctioned, coffee machine didnt work, electrical oulets falling out, even doorknobs were broken.

the only issue was when I went to the gym or me of the security staff really aggressive and rude toward my friend because of only he forgot to wear a wristband. he was very rude and after that receptionist ( a blond lady ) came and apologised to us.

The location was great

There were a few things in the property that could have been better, but the host was happy to help when we mentioned them.
