Picton Hilltop Apartment

Fantastic views, clean, quiet, spacious, all amenities required.

Driveway access needs to be a consideration for some. Although plentiful space, it is definitely more suited to cars and 4x4’s than vans. Limited height in carport. Steep street approach twisting down into driveway

It was a lovely apartment. View was spectacular and it was very comfortable and well furnished.

The kitchen utensils and kit could do with an upgrade but that was the only tiny issue.

The view was amazing - a beautiful way to start our holiday.

While the house was lovely, the kitchen was made for looking at rather than using; as there were no oven dishes, I had to use a pot instead of a quiche dish, and I burnt my hands using a bathroom towel, taking it out of the oven as there was no oven mitt. I stayed in the smaller bedroom and tripped over my suitcase and fell in it during the night as there was nowhere to put clothes or the suitcase. I ended up having to stack my clothes on the floor of the wardrobe - which only had three hangers in it. A small set of shelves in the wardrobe to put clothes in would have been good. I don't expect 5 stars, but for $400 per night, those details do make a difference to the experience.

Excellent apartment with 10/10 views. Easy Parking in attached carport. Very steep hill so walking was not an option. A few minutes drive to the Ferries.

We loved everything about this property, in fact I want to live there permanently 😃
