Picton Hilltop Apartment

Great property with fantastic views - very modern, with a beautiful finish. The fresh flowers upon arrival were a lovely touch. There is plenty of space for 4 people with 3 resting areas (sofa nook, living room and TV room). Great amount of storage if you were staying for a long period. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. Worth noting there is only one bathroom and toilet but there are separate so manageable for 4 people staying.

It is worth noting that the drive/walk up to the property is quite steep if you want to walk in and out of town - whilst it was okay for me in my 20’s, my parents found it a bit challenging. There were also a fair few cobwebs around the property and insects due to the greenery outside. During the summer it was hot in the flat but we kept the windows open and there was a fan. Whilst the main bed was comfy, the spare bed dipped so you ended up rolling into the middle - the mattress likely needs flipping/changing.

The property was much larger than expected and the views are spectacular. We were only there for 12 hours and I wish it was a longer stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Pure luxury, the most beautiful apartment we had so far. Stunning views onto Picton and Queen Charlotte Sound. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace. Just like home.
