The great score began with the welcome. Personal welcome from our host and ensuring we had all the information we needed. The fresh baked croissants delivered to our door each morning were delicious and very much appreciated. The location is perfect and quiet.

Everything is perfect. The owner is so kind, friendly. and he also prepared so many drinks options for you. and Breakfast is bonus.

Beautiful apartment. Quaint and cozy and so cute. The owner left snacks and coffee and delivered pastries every morning in the basket on our door. He was quick to respond when we had questions. Parking was close by and easy (you have to pay for parking but no reservation needed). Owner gave us directions for the parking. We had a second floor apartment and there are stairs to climb but not bad. Could not have asked for better.

A 600-year-old gem with a modern soul! ​If you're heading to Pienza, stop searching and just book this place. We had an absolutely incredible stay at Residenza d’Epoca La Rosa. ​The Vibe The building is a historical treasure (over 600 years old!), but the inside feels like a brand-new luxury apartment. The renovation is stunning—they managed to keep the ancient character while adding every modern amenity you could actually want. You can tell someone put a lot of heart into the aesthetics and comfort, and even the aroma of the property is curated to make it feel like a spa. Steps away from the beautiful Camminata Panoramic View point. ​The Hospitality The owner/manager is a total rockstar. They gave us a personal welcome and spent time sharing all the best local spots and must-see attractions nearby. It was a totally "no pressure" experience; we felt like guests in a home rather than just another booking. ​The Little Extras ​Breakfast: They had delicious croissants and a bunch of other goodies ready for us, which made quick mornings so easy. ​Details: Everything from the linens to the layout was picked with such care. ​Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that hits the perfect balance of "old-world charm" and "modern luxury" this well. We’ll definitely be back!

Andrea was great as the host. Very clear instructions for checking in and recommendations on where to eat and go. Room was facilitated with everything needed. Clean and welcoming.
