Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 19 and 20, EUR 35 between 20 and 22, EUR 45 between 22 and 24. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a credit card of a third party is used, a signed authorization form of the credit card owner is mandatory. Please note that your credit card limit is not reduced neither blocked nor debited: Credit card limits are not affected by securing a deposit with us.
