Was located in a nice residential area but walkable to most places.

A bit more information about the local area including shops and restaurants would have been useful but we did find everything we needed in the end.

"Horrible!"

The owner was EXTREMELY impolite, he shouted us at the phone, he was threatening us that if we wouldn’t leave the house in 5 min he would kick us out in other way (by the way we left 10min after the check out!). Horrible experience, horrible customer service, totally disrespectful behaviour and I would not recommend it.
