The housekeeping was nice. the landlord was also nice.

the elevator left something to be desired

The condo is immaculately clean! smells so good, beds are comfy, TV wifi in very good working condition, air-conditioning in every room are all working so well, appliances and furnitures are very nice with washer and dryer, stove, rice cooker, full kitchen and utensils and the interior design of the condo is cool and modern. Joshua, the caretaker is very nice and easy to get in touch with. Yong, the host, is very accommodating, easy to communicate with and on top of everything. One time, I have to inform him of a missing toilet seat cover that needed to be fixed, he readily send someone to fix it right away. The location of the condo is just at the heart of Valenzuela City. Near the hospital, SM mall, market, church. Very, very convenient. There's also a store named ALFAMART downstairs that you can easily access to. The security of the building are also very nice. The even helped us load and unload our luggages when we arrived from the airport and also the morning when we left bound to LA. My family were very comfortable at Yong's place. I highly recommend to anyone visiting from abroad, if you want to be in the heart of Valenzuela City.

The only complain that I have is not about the condo. It's about the building where it is. Inside, the hallway and lobby are super hot without any ventilation. even the security guards are complaining about it. The elevators are only 2 with sometimes , only one is working and there are times that it can only go up to 10th floor, which by the way, the condo is at the 11th floor . so, when this situation happens, we take the stairs. Otherwise, that's the problem with the building BUT the condo itself is very nice and impressive!
