SMDC Trees Residences Tower 1 - 2BR Newly Renovated Staycation

The unit is very tidy, air-conditioning worked well. Two bedrooms were perfect. Dino and Ana were very helpful.

The property was clean and well-maintained. Owner was accommodating.

While the location was not to our liking, the apartment itself was very nice. It was obvious that the host put a lot of time and effort into tastefully decorating the place and making sure that the guest had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Location. Quezon seems a bit removed from the center of things. There are two large malls very close by but if you are not a mall person there is not much else to see or do

Great to stay in this facility , staff are very accomodating specially Kuya Dino And Ate Anna..We really enjoyed our stay here and for sure we will come back to have another stay in here.

The staff are very kind approachable and made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. Facilities and Equipment are very good and easy to use. Kuya Dino and Ate Ana is very accommodating and approachable. They help us in everything and made sure that we enjoyed our stay

Nothing. I did not experience any bad or negative from our stay. The only thing which is somehow least that I like is the travel. Also the garbage is far from the room.

Comfortable and nice. Kitchen fully equipped and bathroom clean. Owner is really nice and accommodating. Also friendly guards. I would go back here.
