The location is great and the owner is understanding! They are also responsive in messages. It was a nice stay!

The bathroom floor is not a bit lower than the floor that the water comes out when showering.

Communication with the staff was difficult, which made it challenging to resolve concerns when checking out. The bathroom also had issues — water was leaking out from the shower area due to a poorly sealed door, which made the floor wet and slippery. Additionally, I noticed small cockroaches walking around the sink, which raised hygiene concerns. The place has potential but definitely needs better maintenance and improved customer service.

The check in was awesome no hustle at all. I stayed before in another place like this and check in is so difficult it was so complicated but this one is very smooth. This place is known by grab driver so it's easy to find by the driver. There's also restaurants, atm, convenient store nearby.

The glass bathroom door is touching the floor when you try to close it all the way. I'm afraid it might break and the broken glass door might fall on my feet because the glass door don't shut all the way the door is kind a ajar in the middle when i shower and water goes inside the place and the Mat gets really soak. I just hope that they fix it before somebody gets hurt on their vacation. Another thing is they should provide a thick blankets I live most of my life in the u.s. and we're used to sleep with thick blankets. I think people from abroad are using blankets when they sleep. I put the air-condition I got cold because there's no blanket I turned down the temperature it gets hot then I sweat and it's really uncomfortable sleeping with just the sheets. It's not an expensive investment.
