Near Hotel and good place to stay.

The place is close to NAIA Terminal 3. It's ideal if one is looking for a place to stay overnight while waiting for next flight.

The air-conditioning somewhat doesn't emit cooler air. I saw a couple of cockroaches in the room.

The only good thing about the place is it is close to the airport

The property is not well maintained, the bed sheets don’t look like it has been changed. There are no toiletries. The kitchen area isn’t working. The room is not clean

This place seems to be a destination resort for local families wanting to visit Newport City, a pleasant shopping & restaurant rich area that happens to be so near the airport that a walking tube exists from T3. There are many families with children playing in the swimming pools. The 'villas' are equiped w/ kitchenette. It is less, a hotel for airport layovers. The price is fair because it is fairly clean, but worn. Also, it took 20 minutes(in a warm, sticky entry area) to check-in because the security guards could not figure out my room #.

I like the location is ideal

It should be change and iron the blanket and bedsheet looks like used already. I found some hair in the blanket
