I do not know if that is how it is all the time . But we had no internet for what been told provider problem and No paper towels 🤨 no idea who’s problem was that 🙂

Nothing, Everything is a MESS

1. No prior instructions given before arrival to property. 2. Security from the main gate was not informed for our arrival. 3. Special request was not provided (even informed ahead of time) 4. I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS - after checking in we went to our designated room (no keys nor instructions) upon reaching the room we were thinking that the room is already open but it’s not. I went back to the front desk asking how can we enter the room? the person said “go down to the Basement, and look for the key box and check inside for the room key” HOW COME?!
