Location-wise, it’s the most convenient place to stay for a short lay over before catching the next flight. Towels, shampoo and body wash were provided a hotel-like facility. They accept late hour check-in which is more suitable for travellers.

Some small insects were coming out from the sink but it doesn’t bother me. I was expecting to have a hair drier available but it was by request and it was kind of late at night when I arrived.

The bed sheets and the blanket are used. They did not change it after the previous guests.

This is not going to be good. This place should not be on Expedia ever. No communication for property entry. On e in contact person would only deal with security guard. Once arrived got put on the main floor with patio access to the court yard and no way to lock patio door. Door lock was actually broken. Also felt like the room was set up for adult entertaining more that a hotel or a home stay. There was no Toilet paper no phone service available while in room. When finally getting in contract with someone regarding room and got moved to the 6th floor. Patio door could not be locked either but could be closed. However the hot water was not working. The water heater is broken. For reference every room as it own water heater. No potable water. Water was delivered in blue sealed jug. This is for local water use not for foreigner not used to the Philippines. Must bring your own water. My final thought is this is a terrible building to be on Expedia. I should get money back.
