Cozy Airport Condo 7-min Walk to Terminal 3

Very close to terminal 3 and easy to find.

Long Wait in the lobby for the room to be opened up after I checked in around 7 pm and tired from flights from overseas, couldn't get the tv to work

My room was changed without prior update. Apparently the room allocated for me is already occupied so I wait. I ended up pushing my very heavy luggage to the other unit which is considerably far. Staff and security are rude. My transport were denied access therefore I have to walk far and push my luggage outside the gate of the facility. The room did not adhere to what was in the description. Most of the appliance are marked NOT WORKING OR DO NOT USE. Not worth recommending.

Location was great !

Check in ! So hard had to wait to get the keys, responses to questions in email are one word that doesn’t make sense like “Hi” “ Hello” They won’t provide the lock combo to access the room keys .

Walkable distance from the airport but that's all it had going for it. Overpriced for what it was.

Overzealous security guards keeping me waiting in the lobby for half an hour at 2.30am. No top sheet so had to sleep with nothing covering me. Cold shower!!!! Badly set out room, no plugs by bed and bedside tables were stools so you couldn't even put a glass on it. Shower door opens into very small shower space so hard to get in. Not very nicely worded warnings about keeping out of locked cupboards. There is no cooking allowed in the room whatever the listing says. Very unwelcoming space overall.

The check in time indicated 2pm on their listing, I had come off an 8 hour flight and prior to my booking I requested a late check in at 6:30-7pm. I wanted to rest before my next flight at 4am the next morning. Upon arrival the host did not bother to check whether they had a booking and I was unable to check in because they didn't inform their security that they had a guest. I was waiting for 3 hours before being able to check in, I had to walk with my heavy backpack and bags from reception to reception and was not given a proper answer by anyone on what was going on with my booking. The owner was not responsive to messages and calls and did not even offer me any proper apology or compensation whatsoever. I ended up missing my 4am flight the next morning due to this inconvenience. Very unprofessional!

nice place, location, affordable massage service

a couple fat roaches water heater not working properly, the main reason for my booking this location before continuing my travels. was not fixed or looked at even i meesaged about it a few times.
