Location and facilities were excellent. Security guards were friendly and helpful.

A toaster would be nice and maybe a heavier blanket instead of just a light sheet but otherwise all was good.

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. There was even a hotplate that wasn't visible from the pics angles. A well decorated abode for your vacation. Ramon was also very friendly and accommodating to us.

Small things. The lovely clock's motor burned out. The hot shower needs to be cranked up to full to get warm. But all that's nothing when placed aside such a warm and friendly environment.

I often stay at the Beacon when I fly to Manila. It's close to some nice areas of Makati, it's not far from the airport, and the complex has several shops and restaurants. There is an excellent gym and a nice swimming pool. The wifi works well, the studio is spacious enough and clean, and there's a desk where I can do some online work. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works well, and the studio is high up enough not to be noisy. The host is responsive and helpful.

The only real issue with the condominium is elevator management: you may have to wait 5-10 minutes to get an elevator because the number of elevators is insufficient, and 1 or 2 out of 4 are always out of order. Apart from that, maybe offering basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo, or a small bottle of water, would make the guests' stay better; but it's not really a big minus because you can buy everything downstairs at some of the mini-shops in the complex.

The pool is quite large, easily longer than Olympic size. Very well maintained. The food selections were steps away from the entrance including a Starbucks and many other resturants.

Not the fault of the owner but although there are 4 high speed elevators, sometimes the wait seemed long. 44 story residential building.
