The unit

Internet was very slow and goes on and off.

We left the property early, we booked for 2 nights but stayed over one night. It was very inconvenient for us to stay another night. My husband needed to walk 1 km to find a car park when it was advertised that car parking is available onsite. We have to take a taxi to get to our car. The unit was not clean, there were lots of cockroaches everywhere, the chairs were wobbly, the shower head was broken, it almost fell on my child when he used the shower. the bathroom was leaky and the hot water was not working, the walls were mouldy. the property photos in the booking app pictures and description do not represent what it really looks like. The housekeeper Minerva was not helpful and also rude. She was adamanat that it is our problem that we will have no place to stay if we do not wait for the security athorisation. We checked in at 6pm so we expected everything was already sorted with security before we arrive because the original checkin time is 3pm. The owner was not responsive when asked about car park and was not concerned about safety when we reported the broken shower. We were very disappointed and were very stressed with our stay.

Great location

There's a miscommunication between the guard and the host. The host failed to send the right email with the lists of the names of our family. So my family stayed in the lobby for an hour since the guard won't allow them to go to the room. Good thing Minerva was able to help us even if I called her past 2am. I was not able to join my family because I'm staying in my dad's wake.

I like the location.

The reception clerk was asking me to present the SPA, and the appointed caretaker was nowhere to assist us. Booking.com message said it was with the caretaker. I have to tell them that I would rather cancel the booking. Almost an hour waiting for the spa that did not arrive. The caretaker was nowhere in sight.

It was Clean and very spacious unit! A very relaxing ambiance... Definitely worth of your money to relax and enjoy... A home away home
