property was clean, nice looking

if u stay 3 than there is no space for 3rd person and living space very small

Great location and is very accessible. There are so many stores and food stalls nearby. The unit itself is clean and comfy. Also, the owner of the unit is very kind and hospitable. And the unit is very affordable.

The free wifi became problematic on our 2nd day.

we had been travelling all over Philippines and this place had the quietest coldest ac, a really cool rooftop swimming pool, exceptionally clean, a powerful hot shower, the location which was great MRT line 5 mins away and then a whole bunch of nice malls near the Shangri la 10 mins away and always felt safe, well equipped kitchen and a tv with Netfli which after a month of no tv was nice to have a movie night in the evening with our son. Not to mention the owner really looked after us while we were there, definitely went above and beyond

if I had to be really picky maybe a slightly more comfortable lounge chair or just another bean bag.

Good location

The staff who gave me the keys seemed like she didn’t like what she was doing at all. she did not explain anything and was in a hurry to leave as soon as she gave me the keys. Wasn’t very approachable, she did not even look at me as she was speaking. This kind of soured the experience
