AZURE C5 MAN-MADE BEACH BALCONY Multiple Units

Having multiple rooms for me and my kids. A kitchen to cook in and air conditioners in the bedrooms were a blessing. I liked having a convenience store on the property as well.

I did not like that you had to pay extra for the pool. It was not stated anywhere on booking.com before I paid for the room. we booked here because we could use the pool. I did not like that you could not pay with credit card and pool towels were not provided. At least one water bottle should be provided as well.

Overall, location and amenities are excellent. My father and siblings enjoyed swimming in the manmade beach especially with the waves.

Coordination was a bit spotty though the contact person was courteous. We’ve been instructed to go to Maui Tower though the booking was made at Maldives Tower. It was quite upsetting because we needed to load and unload twice under the heavy rain. Also, in the booking it said each bedroom will have 1 double bed and futon but when we arrived, we were not provided with 2 futons. We only saw double bed that came with each room. I had to explain myself again and again that 6 guests cannot possibly fit in only 2 double beds. Please make sure next time that everything is provided and all the instructions are double-checked before sending to the guests to prevent hassle and bad first impression. Another suggestion is to highlight to guests what are not included in the booked unit such as toiletries (shampoo, soap etc), dishwashing liquid and if they need to bring extra towels or blankets so that guests would know what to expect.
