5E Tower 2 Viceroy

Excellent location! Walking distance to Venice Canal Mall. The unit was clean and cosy. The amenities were a bonus. Overall, our stay in Viceroy Tower 2 Unit 5E was a good one.

It would have been better if the TV remote was working. It was our fault, we could have asked the owner to have it fixed.

Very accessible, clean and a responsive host.

Need rags in and out of the toilet. 😊

I like that the property was close to convenience stores, fast food & the mall. The check in and check out went smoothly and the host was very accomodating and responsive.

The air conditioning took some time to cool the unit, but there was a fan available that helped during our stay.

Good communication, good location, with easy access to the Venice Grand Canal Mall and a pharmacy, supermarket and a small Alfamart convenience shop.

I didn't like the dark wooden decor. It made the place too dark. There were no instructions for operating the TV ,so I couldn't get it switched on to watch anything. Also when you search for the WiFi, the name doesn't match the building, but it is the first one on top.
