Proximity to SM MOA. Ample convenience stores at ground floor.

My companion was uncomfortable about the little cockroaches. Maybe the managing staff could frequently apply pesticides since the cabinets are old. Also, the electric stove takes long to heat. Aircon as well seems underpowered for the whole unit. Need to improve cleaning of bathroom and sofa too.

The host is very accommodating and responsive. The unit has a good view. Location is accessible

It's not that I do not like but maybe suggest little improvement in maintenance.

The bedsheets and pillows stink.. it was'nt washed..it gives me rashes lying on the bed, i ask for them to change the beddings but they did'nt reply at all.. There us a lot of cockroaches running around the living area, kitchen and toilet..

Lindly assisted us from picking us up at the airport to checking us in to our room.

If the bedroom only has one color, it won’t be an eye sore. Simple color is good.
