i like the calmness and relaxing place from the room and pool facility although have or need to pay but still worth it bec of its not crowded

maybe its just situational, the host/agent didnt give more attention to the guest arrival. we arrived late 2:20PM already but we wait for almost an hour before can enter to our room. no proper coordination and follow up from agent to guest

I like how there is a balcony and it's near MOA. The wifi is good but the signal is weak when we go to the balcony. I think my favorite here is the working heater, bidet, and washing machine. The aircon's cool as well.

There are several little cockroaches roaming around. It's good that we are not that afraid of them but it's uncomfortable and unhygienic. The staffs are always on the rush (can't blame them but hopefully they will be more ready to accommodate the guests). We entered the unit but the smell is not that good (kindly used freshener next time), the aircon is still not open, the dishwashing soap is barely minimum. Please make sure to provide new things for the guests.

lots of cockroaches on the cabinets. they crawl out every night.

The location and ease of check in and check out were amazing.

The bathroom floor was dirty. Mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. The washer drained onto the bathroom floor and I had to insert the drain hose into the floor drain. The grease trap under the sink overflowed and the resulting backup of water flooded onto the kitchen floor resulting in us eventually having to pack up and move rooms for the remaining two days stay, although we requested a possible change of rooms earlier in our stay. The decorative tiling on the kitchen wall was peeling off. Small cockroaches were prominent prompting the maintenance person to spray during the 2nd day of stay. At the beginning of our stay, we reported a large hole in the shower awhich created a safety hazard, which was simply covered up by a rubber mat. For the eight days of stay t the only saving grace was that we were eventually offered that change of rooms near the end of our stay.

The bedsheets are dirty ..they don't change it ..lots of cockroaches everywhere 😬😮‍💨

The location is good. And the facility as well.

The hidden charges that's what I didn't like. As well with the pool. They didn't mentioned that there will be a payment for using the pool

1. The comfortable bed 2. The veranda 3. The television with cable and netlix/yt 4. Water pressure is good 5. Right size ref where I can put my groceries and things to eat 6. Washing Machine

1. The aircon doesnt have a remote so I cannot control it to the temp that I want. 2. Water drippings from the aircon that falls directly to the bed 3. The wifi sucks! I cannot use it good thing I brought my own pocket wifi! 4. The heater on thr bathroom is broken! 5. There are small cockroack like pest everywhere!
