A SPECIAL PLACE Shore Residences

The location is convenient and easy to access. The room is comfortable to stay in; however, there are several aspects that still need improvement.

The room was generally acceptable; however, I encountered several issues during my stay. First, the sink was frequently clogged and did not drain properly. Additionally, there were bugs present in the shower area, which was unpleasant. The restroom sink also had a leakage problem and would sometimes become clogged as well. Furthermore, the internet connection was difficult to access and would occasionally disconnect automatically, causing inconvenience.

The host is very kind. She agreed to accept additional guests on the spot. The location is great, accessible to public transports.

I like the caretaker which is very approachable. The location which is near to some of the tourist attractions.

There’s little cockroaches that we saw roaming around the room and uncomfortable to sleep to the bed because it’s broken and lame hope they will change it the soonest the possible.

We got all the basic things we need.

Place is very accessible to mall, resto, 24hr convenience store, and lot of taxis in the area.

We felt very disappointed towards its amenities. We paid for the pool usage but the instruction was very confusing until the management did not allow to swim even we already paid.
