Very convenient location, walking distance from naia 3. Hot shower, aircon working. fairly comfortable overall.

Palm Tree Genlex is a wrong name, it was Palm Tree 2. It took 30 min asking security guard to figure where my booking was. It was hard because my arrival was midnight, very tired and sleepy. Next morning, I locked the door and went out to buy water. When I return and try to unlock the door, the key twisted broke in the middle. I have never seen such flimsy key. The care taker had to charge me extra p100 for duplicate of the key. Lastly, the rate of booking.com showed P1,836 but care taker charged me P2,060. He explained that the additional was for the commission of booking.com, which I did not know.
