Great location, Greeenfield district is amazing with many cafes and restaurants

Information that we needed to pay some entrance fees to the building. We were caught unaware

The location was fantastic—right in the heart of everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a mall within walking distance. The accessibility of the Shangrila Mall and the Greenfield District areas were a great plus staying in this area. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist whenever I had questions.

The space itself could use some updates. While generally functional, the décor and furnishings felt outdated, and some areas, like shelves and corners, had a bit of dust. Sensitive guests with respiratory problems could be an issue. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, but the pots and pans were quite worn out and could really use replacing. Replacing them would definitely enhance the experience for guests who plan to cook. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe with a few updates, your place could be even better!

Location was good. Accessible to malls, church and transportation.

Place was dirty, dingy everywhere you look. Property has not been kept in good condition from the curtains, bed sheets, air conditioners which looked so old and filthy! Shower is out of order, you have to use a pail and ‘tabo’ a plastic container to pour water on your body to bathe. I had to sweep the floors, wipe and dust surfaces, air conditioners and fans. Refrigerator was not even working properly. This place is a dump!
