Well cleaned and straight forward

The property is in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to all the amenities. On the weekends, there is a fantastic market in what usually is a parking lot, less than 100 feet from the building. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. They were able to accommodate all my request without hesitation, including allow allowing me to stay a few hours past checkout time, due to my delay in flight. Overall, I was truly impressed with everything .

There are three elevators in the building. While they are relatively fast, the elevators don’t seem to speak to one another. In other words when you hit both buttons, sometimes two elevators come up on the same floor. Not the most efficient. The only other minor criticism that I may have is the position of the air conditioner in my respective room, with the proximity of the bed. While it is fantastic to have a great working AC in Manila, and I’m appreciative, the angle made the bed very cold at times. The good thing is that the apartment provided a fantastic comforter. Again, this is a very minor observation.

Washing machine in room was excellent.

Maid service was bad. Not enough maid service. They only cleaned once for the 6 day stay.

The Mosaic tower is very reasonable and has a good location. The rooms are large and have sufficient desk area ( i used the kitchen table for that. The pool is great, even cooled.

The air conditioners are a bit old and are very loud, i have ear plugs but they were still quite loud. There is also loud construction near by, at the green belt, it did not bother me as i was out all day, but if you are planning on working during the day that is a consideration

The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable 👌 the location was close to what i needed ! Would recommend and looking forward too coming back in future!

Would be good to know pool was under renovation as wanted to swim but room was excellent.

It's cozy, affordable, location wise and quiet. I love the washing machine too.

Only the smell of the toilet, which is manageable.

It was just a one night stay for me, but it was overall very positive. Especially the staff was very helpful and I really appreciate that the management allowed me a late checkout.

Great little apartment close to the airport and also close to big shopping malls so if you arrive into Manila for the first time you can easily access all your travel needs like money exchange. Would definitely recommend to stay here.
