Mosaic Tower

The security and safety. Also the security guards were nice and helpful.

Position of the air conditioner in relation to the bed was not good. Property was a little old and tired. Coffee and tea would have been nice to have.

I have stayed at the Mosaic many times and often for quite long stays. i really like the staff there and the security and location are excellent! The small kitchen is very convenient and it has most of the essentials. It’s also right across the street from a very good Sunday Market. The Gym is good and well equipped. The Wi Fi worked very well and so did the TV. The coffee shop that’s part of the property is excellent for both coffee and food.

Not much i didn’t like. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. I really would have appreciated a toaster and a pair of kitchen scissors though.

The room did not have funky smell, very clean and maid service available upon request. The lobby staff were very helpful. I will book again in the future and I'm well pleased.

The hallway entrance was dark and no closet lights at unit 12A

Location next to greenbelt & weekend markets can’t be beat, amazing! Everything you need is close by

Friendly, helpful staff Location ( 2 mins walk to Greenbelt) The kitchen has so many appliances Big screen tv with Netflix and You Tube Very comfortable bed Lobby and coffee shop (Coffee Project) were amazing! I can’t comment on pool, as I didn’t go to it.

Drawers of the cupboard need fixing No tea towels or washing up liquid Tv wifi sometimes went off Shower water could’ve been hotter The bed length was a bit short

- The location was great with the building a stone's throw away from Greenbelt. - The room is spacious for two people, and the bed is comfortable.

- Room did not match photos . - Air-conditioning was not strong enough even for European standards. - Only one elevator key card, and room key provided. - No extra toilet rolls provided aside from the one already in the toilet roll holder (not even a fresh roll). - The staff who ushered us in the unit didn't really explain where the facilities are (i.e. pool, hot tub, etc). - The unit is mostly basic, and I believe what you're paying for is the location.
