One Palm Tree Villas NAIA TERMINAL 3

The location is good close to T3 and restaurants are at walking distance.

The air con is a window aircon which was very noisy, and the noise of the vehicles was even louder no matter at midnight. I had to start the noisy aircon to cover the noises of the vehicle. Otherwise I couldnt sleep. There is a small heater in the bathroom, but I tried 10 minutes didn't get hot water. The picture on the wall behind the sofa dropped when I was sitting on the sofa. No drinking bottle water provided, the kettle was smelly, I was not dare to use. Asked the Reception, the girl there said that they don't provide bottle water. Other than abovementioned, all good.

I like how the loaction is close to NAIA T3, it is walkable using a footbridge. The room is tidy and serves its purpose for our stay. The service is good but can be improved.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk of the building and were checked-in immediately but was wasked to wait for the host. We were instructed to email and call the host to let them know we've arrived but there was no answer from them. We waited for around 15 minutes before the front desk decided to let us into the room. It's no problem for us to wait but we needed to use the toilet and there were no toilets available at the lobby that's why we were disappointed for the wait. The toilet in our room was not flushing properly making it more frustrating.

1. A lot, except the other girl receptionist who helps us with which cluster we need to stay. The security Guard on that they said terrible words to us, maybe they thought I don't understand Tagalog and the radio voice was loud. 2. The Reception in Cluster D where we will be staying, she's not polite, there are 2 receptionists in Cluster B, the other did nothing and the other was the one who helping us (I forgot the name) while she called in Cluster D id I have my name there the receptionist said NO. We wait like almost 1 hour this reception in Cluster D called back and said "YES THAT NAME IS HERE". SO UNPOLITE. 3. It's not near. When people said walking distance, Yes, it's walking distance for those people who don't have luggage, but if you have luggage, I will not recommend the PALM TREE VILLAS, Any of them because the road which is across the villas from Terminal is CLOSED. They said it's for the safety of everyone because it's High Way. So literally, you need to go to the Manila run away bridge.

Accessibility to/from T3 Airport

Dusty sheets. Dusty curtains. TV not working. Other bed had no sheets. Small shower space.

Not far from the airport terminal 3.

Weird check-in process that we have never seen at any other hotel before.

staff confused where my room is going to be. unfinished wiring, hanging from ceiling. no freaking hot water. noisy ac unit. flimsy toilet faucet. flimsy shampoo and conditioner holder. third world looking drinking water container. simply cheap setup as opposed to one i had in makati for the same rate per night.
