Great location near NAIA T3 via Runway Manila, but not happy with the stay. No complimentary water, no toiletries for overnight use, and worst—lots of cockroaches! Charged ₱800 for cleaning but the place didn’t feel clean at all. Definitely not booking here again.

Not happy with our stay. We arrived around 11:30 PM and chose this place because it’s near NAIA Terminal 3, which is true — the location is convenient and accessible via the Runway Manila bridge. However, our experience was disappointing. There were no complimentary bottled water or even basic overnight toiletries, which should be standard for short stays. The worst part — the place had a lot of cockroaches (super kadiri!). Definitely not something you’d expect from a place that charges an ₱800 cleaning fee. Honestly, the cleanliness and basic hospitality were lacking. We were tired from the trip and expected at least a decent, hygienic place to rest — sadly, this wasn’t it.

Near to Terminal 3 Airport

The A/C is not enough cooling, the bathroom sink is clogged up. The sofa leg is broken, TV channel is not working

There was no water pipe under the kitchen sink, so I put a big bucket there and poured the water into the toilet when it was full. The washbasin in the toilet is clogged, the water flow rate for washing face is very slow, and it overflows easily. Especially the sofa and chairs have a strong smell of sweat and urine, and the smell is very unpleasant when the air conditioner is turned on. The air conditioner was also dusty and made people sneeze. I wanted to check out after staying for 12 hours. The smell of T3 Airport is better. I didn't take the change as a tip. 4,000 pesos is not a good value for money. There are also service staff in the hotel. can help you.

I like the bed it’s very comfy

The door was very hard to lock ( it’s tricky)And I noticed also the sink in bathroom was clogged

First room I had chosen is not good. I wanted to withdraw and look another hotel but luckily in the reception there was a lady offered a room for us to rent int the 8th floor.
