One Palm Tree Villas close to Manila Airport - Terminal 3

Comfortable, clean, very convenient location

Pool is under maintenance for 15 days and I was not informed ahead of time

That it is close to the airport.to my favorite bakery Pan de Manila.

The person that showed me the property dud not have time how the wifi works,how TV works-just keft

Very safe, very close to airport and BGC 😁 checkin was seamless, checkout was even more seamless. Room was big for our family of 3

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was disgusting. I was put into a different part of the property because they over booked the hotel. Despite this not being my fault, there was no opportunity for a refund despite them not being able to provide the accommodation I booked and paid for. I booked a studio with balcony - I had NO balcony and the bed size was fit for a child! I arrived early hours of the morning after a flight and was forced to wait for an hour in reception to wait for someone to come and check me in - even despite them asking me to confirm the time I’d arrive prior. When she finally arrived, there was zero apology and a poor attitude. Since then I’ve had very limited responses from the property despite me contacting them every few days. They promised they would rectify the terrible experience as I requested a partial refund, this has not happened and it’s been 2 weeks.

Best location for those who want to stay close to Airport Terminal 3. Had an amazing stay. Accessibility to the mall, shops, restaurants and other things your looking for were great. Just within the vicinity or walking distance.

There were some roaches in the utensils cabinet and under the dining set.

Unfortunately, I was transferred to different building without notice. When I arrived at the premise, I was just told that it wasn’t the building I will be staying which disappointed us so much. Was really exhausted because of long and delayed flight and was welcomed by this issue. Frustrating.
