The service we received was the poorest we’ve ever encountered. The combination of delayed responses, unaddressed concerns, and the absence of essential items like a blanket significantly marred the quality of service. This experience falls far below acceptable standards. The caretaking service hit rock bottom, particularly in the inability to arrange a simple blanket for us over two nights, forcing us to resort to alternative measures such as using extra curtains as makeshift blankets. The owner’s insistence on the discounted price, regardless of the lack of items, highlights a severe deficiency in her management approach. This echoes the overall substandard nature of both the unit and its pricing. I don’t recommend this unit.

The smell in the apartment. What the host basically did is put stinky white balls in every corner of every wardrobe and called it "desinfection". Well, it did not help. Cockroaches did not care about it but we, as guests, did. After exausting night flight, all what we wanted to do was to go sleeping. But once we opened the door our eyes filled up with tears because of this terrible chemical smell. And we could not do anything with it. We woke up the next morning with terrible headache. On our complaint the owner told us "just open the window". Well, thanx cap, but it did not work while these stinky balls were all over the place. We had to resolve this quest and find every poisoned ball and through it away. Nevertheless we could not find every ball, and it continued smell during whole our staying there. What were you thinking about when you "prepare" the apartment for upcoming guests? The consruction of the nearest building and the big street with traffic jams makes it impossible to sleep with open windows. It is enormous noisy. We could not cannot use entire wardrobe, coz some shelves were occupied with linnens and pillows. Also get ready to buy toilet paper, shampoo and soap by yourself. Inspite of the owner tells in the description "daily housekeepeng" it is not true. On our request to clean apartment and bring toilet paper, the owner replied that somebody MAYBE come in four days and bring toilet paper. Thus we had to buy it. The main exuse was "you get what you paid for, and if you dont like it, you can move out". Shame on you. The hospitality equals to zero

5 minutes away from the mall and supermarket. Guards are very helpful and friendly. Quiet and safe.

The unit itself was good,and the value of the price I paid was worth it.

Everything was good except the fridge was dirty and molded. Somebody forgot to flush the toilet.

The accommodation process was smooth. Kitchenwares and appliances were available for use. There was no issue with electricity, wifi, and water. Wifi was good. AC was functioning well. VALUE FOR MONEY.

All good except the internet that needs some checking or troubleshooting. But mobile internet is fine though.
