BAD SIDES: --Broken Elevator (i experienced it by myself i was trapped inside it didn't worked well from 14th floor i dropped to 9th floor, it was very scary since it happened very quick and it was shaking) --NOISY NEIGHBORS AT NIGHT.(videoke) --COCKROACHES ALL OVER, --NOISY BED,(Old wooden bed frame) --NOISY SOFA BED. --Broken Chairs (Furnitures) -- --NO AIRCON IN THE BEDROOM. It's Only in the living room.(there is Electric fan but also noisy and broken.) --If you stay longer they don't provide Cleaning. You have to clean by your own. --ONLY 2 PER HEAD DAILY CAN SWIM IN THE POOL PER UNIT. SO IF YOU ARE 3 ABOVE THEN DON'T EXPECT YOU CAN SWIM TOGETHER AT ONCE IN SAME DAY. . 150 PESOS PER HEAD, YOU HAVE TO BUY TICKET IN ADMIN OFFICE located in 2nd Floor since it's NOT included on daily rates. Not recomendable!

Location are accessible to all you need during stay. Owner are very accommodating. The unit equipped with complete utensils

No slippers, toiletries and complimentary snacks/coffee.

The location is very accessible with nearby supermarket, banks, and malls.Checking in and out is easy.

Microwave is not working. Stove not heating properly. There is a rice cooker but also not working and no tissue roll available in the bathroom.
