Place is clean and spacious. A bit too pricey.

Inconvenient in getting the car access card as the property is quite far from the guard house. It also took me a bit of time to locate the car access card. A simple instruction on the entrance table will be helpful. No toilet papers. TV that is not working should be replaced. There is cockroach running around in the house. No air-conditioning in the rooms which made our stay uncomfortable.

"Easy to find the location"

The location, easy to find. The host was nice.

Need to improve the house & toilet hygiene. We wash the toilet first when we arrived bcs its a bit uncomfortable to be used as it is. The corner of the house got hair here & there which shows it was not vacuum/sweep before we came.
