Holiday house BEDEM

A gem of a place perfectly located in Marina . Huge terrace to sit out on . Layout suited us well. Downstairs is a living/ kitchen area and double bedroom with ensuite shower room ( also has the washing machine) . Upstairs is the large terrace and another unit with three bedrooms and shower room . It has a parking place which was easy to get in and out of . Parking in Marina is now charged for so having a dedicated space was great. It is a 2 minute walk from the house and there is a steep slope to walk up but this was not an issue for us and we were grateful to have parking. The hosts were friendly welcoming and responsive. Very happy

The only thing to be mindful of is that there are 2 air conditioning units . One in the kitchen downstairs which will cool the bedroom if door is left open. The other is in the double bedroom upstairs and will efficiently cool that room with the door closed. It was very hot whilst we were there and we kept our door and the other occupied single room door open but it struggled to cool the larger space. Hosts gave us another fan to use . A second AC unit up here would be good .

Was perfect for our stay. Very conveniently located for everything in Marina. Attractively decorated and very clean and everything (e.g. in kitchen) of high quality. The big terrace is lovely - I wasn't sure from the photos whether it backs onto the road at the back of the house but it doesn't which is good and the road at the back is super quiet: virtually no traffic. The only sounds you'll really hear are animals in the neighbourhood. Tea, the owner, was super kind and helpful - we needed to extend our stay as my parents were unwell.

Perfect location, amazing hosts. The apartment was spotless and spacious with all the facilities. The terrace is huge, a big plus for eating and relaxing. Hosts went out of their way to fulfil our requests. It's a perfect spot for a day trip to many towns. Lovely beach with amazing views along the walking pathway. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops are just 5 mins walk. 4 bedroom apartment is hard to find by for the price you pay. Don't think twice. Just book it 😊

Can't fault anything, to be honest.

We stayed there almost 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s a perfect place for bigger family or group of friends, because it has one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, which provides plenty of privacy and there’s room for everyone. We espescially enjoyed the terrace. The neighbourhood is nice, the sea is close and the hosts were absolutely amazing - very helpful, kind and flexible with the check-in and check-out. Loved this apartment!

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, well equipped and spacious. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The hosts are more than willing to help anytime. The parking is very close, not an issue at all, plus the hosts were willing to help carry our luggage! The beaches are clean and not overcrowded. We simply LOVED staying in the heart of Marina. Highly recommend.
