Piso céntrico y a pie de playa.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l' appartement il y avait pratiquement tt ce qu'il faut.... mettre des tasses se serais bien à proximité de tte commodité et de la plage et très propre

La seule chose qui m'a un peu dérangé c est le bruit le soir le quartier est vivant🤣🤣🤣il vivent la nuit beaucoup de bruit de voiture de moto

We stay for 3 nights in April. The apartment is excellent value for money, very clean, with a comfortable bedroom and small lounge and in a great location, close to the beach and some excellent restaurants. We were able to get a bus into Tetuoan very cheaply from the road outside the apartment, we also walked along the corniche and followed the beach along to Cabo Negro one day. The corniche is fabulous to walk along, and lots of places to eat or have a tea. The owner is excellent at responding to any questions and check in and out were very easy.

We stayed in apartment 5. The kitchen and bathroom are very basic, and missing a few touches that would help improve things such a bath mat, hooks to hang towels, extra kitchen items such as larger cups and smaller bowls. We had no problem with the stairs and were expecting them but they’re not for anyone with mobility issues. Also the balcony isn’t somewhere enjoyable to sit, the road is busy and not particularly nice to look at.

Chybějící závěs u sprchového koutu, tedy když se sprchujete, je voda po celé koupelně. Po pročtení recenzí jsem zjistil, že samý problém je v apartmánu již od roku 2024. Mrzí mě, že majitel se nepostará o nápravu. Kvůli tomuto bohužel nemohu dát 10/10. Také chybí klimatizace, ale to nám vzhledem k chladnějšímu počasí nevadilo. Apartmány se nachází u hlavní rušné silnice, nekolikrat za noc nas budila auta.

L’emplacement et la propreté du logement

Die Lage ist sehr gut, denn es ist nicht weit zum Strand. In der Straße gibt es eine fantastische Bäckerei, in der man gut frühstücken kann, aber auch mittags oder abends leckeres Essen bekommt. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und kleine Läden und viele Restaurants und Imbisse. Die Unterkunft ist groß und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders toll war die schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen und Problemen. Es war zu jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
