Limpieza nada que decir; cercanía a todo: a playa, a restaurantes, a tiendas de todo tipo...

Calidad precio demasiado elevada para lo que es Martil, no hay aire acondicionado y en un día caluroso, entre el aire que no se mueve y los mosquitos lo puedes pasar muy mal. Papel higiénico de pésima calidad. Mucho ruido para quién le molesta el paso de coches, cláxon, discusiones, de todo. Tercer piso sin ascensor, es agotador en épocas de calor sobre todo. La nevera hace mucho ruido... En fin, muchas cosas a mejorar o por lo menos mejorar el precio.

Die Unterkunft war Sauber und hell eingerichtet. Die Lage ist Wunderbar für Strandgänger,außerdem gibt es auf der Straße alles was man braucht : Einkaufen Friseuer,Essen......

Das einzige Manko war,das es ziemlich warm ist in der Unterkunft und es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Abends kann mann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen wegen den Mücken.

La posizione ottima,il personale molto disponibile gentile, la casa molto vicina al. Mare, al supermercato, taxi......le camere belle spaziose,,,

La casa è al 4 piano quindi è da fare tanti scalini addirittura gli abbiamo contattati erano 60 scalini quindi 120 andare su in giù 😅😅

"The landlord is an honest and welcoming person."

The proximity with the shops and the beach. The landlord answers quickly and help if necessary. I forgot my charger and he did everything to make sure I got it back. Thanks
