Only the view and the location are good

Very old furniture , the bath room door dont close ! there was no towels we asked him to bring some Its so cold and there is only a small electro heater which help only for one room ! It was not clean !!!

I stayed one night at La Perle de Martil in Tetouan, and the apartment had one of the best views I’ve ever experienced—right in front of the beach, perfect for watching the sunrise!

While the location and view were outstanding, the apartment itself left much to be desired. It was not well-equipped and the toilet and shower needed maintenance. There was also no heating provided, but the person who handed over the keys (likely not the owner) was incredibly helpful and brought us a portable electric heater (the kind with a fan that blows warm air), which was much appreciated. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations, which was disappointing. Despite the issues, the helpfulness and friendliness of the person assisting us truly stood out—I would rate his service 10 out of 10. However, the apartment itself only deserves a 6 out of 10 due to the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and basic amenities.

My stay at this place was highly disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I found used condoms under the couches, visible human semen stains on the couches and bedding, I’m convinced the bed sheets are never washed. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the hot water for showers lasted less than five minutes, making it impossible to shower comfortably. Overall, the place was filthy, with broken amenities, and it looked nothing like the photos provided. It was an unpleasant experience, to say the least.

Help of Mohammed

We informed the host we're a family of 4 prior to our arrival. When we arrived we discovered that there are duvets only for the bedroom where 2 people sleep. The other room only has blankets without covers. This is disgusting as they don't wash them after every guest. We also only got a duvet cover for the bedroom when we asked for it. There were also only 3 towels in the apartment and we had to ask for more. Overall the building is OLD, the apartment was dirty. I found dead mosquitoes on the wall, black hair in the fridge, shower and in the bed. The toilet seat was broken. Unfortunately reality is far from what you see in the pictures

Was not organized like I mentioned before I came, price was high even this is the low season and there’s a lot of properties cheaper available just next to me.

The appartment is in beachfront that is nice and also new but the area is not super cool. All the apartments very old, and the building is under renovation.

The host didnt answer me when I needed him. There were not dry towels and there is not a single sheet for the beds. The second room does not have beds, only kind of sofa.
