"Needs TLC and aircon!"

Amazing location and terrace w superb view

Outdoor terrace rundown, no TLC. Eg many plant pots on the terrace in plain view which were all dead. Felt very deserted. Also, there is no airco (which we knew) but made the stay almost impossible in summer. Other units in the building seemed to have airco.

Was a really nice estate, with a beautiful view!

Could use some airconditioning, was quite hot during the night. But other than that great and Nadia (owner) is very nice!

The views from the terrace across the lake are spectacular, morning, noon and evening! The whole apartment is well-kept and spacious. Easy to reach by road; in a quiet, peaceful spot, but not far from the larger towns along the lakeshore. There is a vehicle-free pathway along the lakeshore, for walking/cycling, which is blissful. Loved the recently awarded Michelin-star restaurant, just 5 minutes walk away... delicious food with lovely service. I can't recommend this place enough. It was perfect for a quiet, family retreat.

"Highly overpriced and overrated, very very dirty"

Fantastic view over the lake, nice for walks along the lake, very good restaurant close by and nice bar next door. Great terrace and good parking close by

It was very dirty, lots of insects (we cleaned it ourselves and did not come back, so cleaning could have done this), toilet seats were loose, shower was uncomfortable and not stable, very dark apartment, very dirty couch, lots of spider webs, moldy smell, bad internet connection. Rating was not reflecting the reality! Price was rediculous.
