- very nice flat, reserved parking spot, great for people with a car, facilities close by - large size and space, toilet and bathroom are separate so helps when more people living - very modern and fully equipped kitchen, even supplies to cook are available and a wide variety of tea/coffee - has a balcony - large size TV - bathtub - relatively late check out time - very facilitating host

cannot fault anything really - not ideal for those without own transport as not in town centre
