Amazing cozy place. Nice bed, comfy sofa, functional kitchen and lovely bathroom

But downstairs is restaurant , so if u like to sleep longer then 9 am , u will get annoyed.

We’ve been to this accommodation many times now and already plan to use it again, when we come to visit Martin next. Other accommodations in the area were rather disappointing as we travel with a dog and although they claimed to be dog friendly they scarcely were. Here, on the other hand, we have never encountered a single issue. Also we really appreciate that there is no reception and no one judging your coming and going.

Perhaps if you were unlucky to get a loud neighbor in one of the other apartments that might pose an issue. The hallway and anything happening there can be heard through the walls. But as I said, that’d be an issue with loud neighbors or if you’re a particularly light sleeper.

Cozy and comfortable, nice shower and perfect location - easy to find place for breakfast, have a coffee or just buy something from supermarket

views from window is a bit sad but that not critical.
