The owner is communicating, the apartment is clean and organized for it's limited space and equipped with some amenities.Parking available (with fees).

Very limited space apartment for what it's advertised to offer. Can't host four adults for sure. This is 40 something Sq meter apartment. It can only accommodate 2 adults and they may have a problem finding a place for their luggage. The owner asked for photo ID and some "insurance deposit" prior to check in. This wasn't mentioned on Booking description. In the heat and humidity of August in Martil, Any kind of fan inside would have been nice. I asked the owner but he declined. The pictures of the apartment are accurate but some how doesn't reflect the reality of the place. Neighborhood is average, noisy in summer nights because the two windows are on the street level. Privacy issues are not to be neglected here and you can't close the windows because no AC or a fan in the apartment.
