Positief: 1. Dichtbij de metro die in 1 lijn gaat naar het centrum van Barcelona. 2. Gastvrouw is sympathiek en behulpzaam. 3. Je moet een eindje lopen, maar het centrum dat van de doorgaande straat af ligt is wel aantrekkelijk is met leuke bakkertjes, lunch plekjes

Negatief: 1. Er is wel heel veel geluid van de trambaan en het voorbij razende verkeer. Ook met de luiken dicht. Daar had wel voor gewaarschuwd mogen worden. Een raampje openen voor een beetje lucht is geen optie. Dan is het geluid nog harder. 2. De elektriciteit in de voorste slaapkamer is vreemd. Het grote licht bij de propeller gaat alleen maar aan als het bedlampje bij het raam aan staat. Centrale knop werk niet. 3. Het hele appartement kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Raam in woonkamer is geplakt om lekkage te voorkomen, gordijnen half los en hebben gaten, dikke kalkranden rondom de douchebak en bij tegels, wastafelkastje heeft zeker zijn beste tijd gehad, de keuken is oud en vervallen, lade viel bijna uit elkaar. Koelkast opent de verkeerde kant op, binnendeuren zijn overal beschadigd aan de onderkant, plafondlicht slaapkamer voor werkt alleen als je het bedlampje aanzet. 4. Direct omgeving appartement: Vervallen gebouwen met graffiti.

El trato fue maravilloso, Candela nos ayudó y nos solucionó todas las preguntas que teníamos.

Algo ruidoso y hay poco aparcamiento cerca, tienes que dejar el coche un poco retirado.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Nähe zum nächst gelegenen Bahnhof ein Katzensprung. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen war Mega. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut so gut betreut worden zu sein. Exzellent macht weiter so und vorallem bleibt so herzlich und lieb wie ihr seid.

Es gab Nix zu bemängeln.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Our stay in this beautiful Barcelona apartment was nothing short of perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to the owners ,truly some of the kindest, most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed , from local tips and recommendations to quick responses for anything we asked. It honestly felt like staying with family. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the location was perfect ,close to everything but peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. But again, what made this stay truly special were the owners. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine care made this more than just a place to sleep. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’ll experience Barcelona in the best possible way. Thank you again for everything ,we will 100% be back!!
