"Nice simple rustic Italian property"

It was a good spot away from the main areas and only an easy 10min walk to the old town centre. It’s a rustic typical Italian apartment.

Didn’t notice it didn’t have aircon which made it a little hot for us when it was 32c outside. There were fans though which helped

The host was very kind. He came and met us at the train station. He drove us to the apartment. He guided us around the area, showed us places we should visit. He sent us a lot of information about Matera. The apartment was clean and quiet. We slept very well and had a great trip to this great city. I recommend this apartment

Leonardo is an amazing host! Thank you so much for the hospitality! Super helpful person and knowledgeable on the area. :) The rooms were spacious! The area felt quite quiet and safe.

Very minor, but kitchen would be more convenient if there was a vent :)

Great host - Mr Leonardo is very helpful and friendly, all our questions were answered, a lot of guidances received, our stay was very positive. Location is 10 minutes walk straight to the old town.
