Villa 307 2 room apartment

Really great stay if you are looking for your own apartment to stay in Matara. It's a great size and has everything you need with the bus stop very close and a supermarket just around the corner. Nuwan is a total legend. He was so kind and helpful with anything you needed. He also has a shop just beside the apartment if you need some extra snacks. I liked the location. It seemed very local and it was a really nice walk 30 minute to mahida beach early morning. I got buses the other days to the surrounding areas. Make sure to visit Parewi Duwa Temple, it's beautiful!

Awesome place clean and tidy. It is recommended. property manager was so friendly.

I like everything, the comfort, cost and location.

The only problem we had was the water pressure, water pressure in the shower was slow.

Nice and clean apartment , worth to the price , there were 3 comfortable beds with seperated rooms, there was a fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , refrigerator also. Hospitality is wonderfull. Special thanks to the guy who helped us during our stay.

If they can upgrade the rooms with A/C facilties , That will be nice.
