La casa di Thomas in centro

L'appartamento è umido e buoi, con pseudo finestre in alto al soffitto mezze chiuse da una muratura. Andava specificato perché l'ho trovato soffocante. Poca pulizia e c'erano degli insettini svolazzanti che si attaccavano addosso. Lo scrivo per dare la possibilità di migliorare e consiglio comunque di specificare certe situazioni affinché un cliente ne sia consapevole e possa scegliere se soggiornare.

The location was perfect - close to everything we needed and within walking distance to the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.

The apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Matera. Sara our host was extremely helpful and gave us detailed information from the exact Google map location to photos of exactly where the property was with codes etc…It was super easy and we also had a dedicated free parking space. Breakfast was included in the price the there was plenty of goodies including the traditional bread of Matera. The apartment was very comfortable for a 3 night stay

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, perhaps a few more kitchen utensils to take advantage of a kitchen. A kettle and chopping board with a sharp knife would have made it perfect to enjoy some of the delicious local food while relaxing. ( it was really cold & windy when we visited, so sitting outside at local cafes wasn’t an option )

Central location & PRIVATE parking - these two made the stay worth the cost without everything else! It was very easy to park, and steps away from central piazza to explore everything. House was well stocked with extras with all the comfor of an aparment, will go back for sure!

Very spacious apartment, the host is generous with breakfast items laid out in the room. The location is superb, a very short walk down the street to the main center and with free, secure parking available we could not ask for better.

The WiFi is a bit hit and miss. It is a ground floor apartment so sometimes the signal is a bit weak

Super convenient location to explore all attractions in Matera. The hostess Sara vas very helpful and a great communicator. Impressive breakfast and snack spread!
