From the terrace, there was a beautiful view of the old town of Matera, and it is just steps away from restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The beds are very comfortable.

Extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Everything was covered in dust and grime. The glasses and plates were dirty, with greasy yellow stains. The coffee machine had a plastic bottle instead of a proper water container. The oven was not working. The chairs were broken, the table was falling apart, and there were many similar issues. The doors were very narrow and could barely be opened halfway. The curtains were dirty and worn out, and it seemed they hadn’t been washed in years. The place itself would be great if it were properly maintained and cleaned.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Matera. The view is absolutely stunning – waking up and seeing the old town like that was truly special. The location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment itself is very cozy and well-designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You immediately feel comfortable there. The host was extremely kind and helpful, providing clear instructions in advance. We had no trouble finding the place or accessing the keys. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen, super ausgestattet und viel Platz und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Sassi :-) wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
